Tryout Times 
 

The following are the tryout times for this Saturday March 20th.  Tryouts will be at the Freeport Jr. High.  Girls softball, T-Ball, Colts do not have to try out.  Pony (13&14 year olds) will tryout sometime in the near future.  We'll keep you posted!!

Pinto (7&8 year olds) 9:00 AM

Mustang (9&10 year olds) 10:30 AM

Bronco  (11&12 year olds) 12:00 AM

Monday  March 8th.       Buffalo Elem. School   6 PM  -  9 PM   BOYS     

Friday     March 12th.        South Buffalo School   6 PM  -  9  PM    GIRLS

Monday  March 15th.        Freeport Junior High    6 PM  -  9  PM    BOYS

Tuesday  March 16th.       South Buffalo School   6 PM  -  9 PM    BOYS

Wednesday March 17th.  Freeport Junior High    6 PM  -  9 PM  GIRLS

Thursday  March 18th.     Freeport Junior High   6 PM  -  9 PM    BOYS

Friday     March 19th.       South Buffalo School  6 PM  -  9 PM    GIRLS

BOYS...............ON NIGHTS SCHEDULED.................7 - 10 YEAR OLDS FROM  6:00 TO 7:20  11 AND 12 YEAR OLDS FROM 7:30 TO 8:50.

 
Please bring gloves and bats and dress for indoor practice.    Same thing for the girls please bring your bat, gloves and dress for indoor practices………………….NO SPIKES for neither boy’s nor girls practices.

NSB will not be charging the kids this year for participation in the clinics. 

 We would very appreciate donations to help NSB pay for the usage of the schools gyms.  

For Pony Age player Mr. Oshell has sent you all an email about his planned Spring training days.  Please contact him with any questions.

NSB PONY                 Coed T-ball (5-6)       In-house games with Coach pitch. 
Baseball                                                       Introduction to baseball

Coed Pinto (7-8)        Coach pitch with introduction of kid pitch.  Plays mostly In-house with a few games with ARL (Allegheny River League) teams.

Mustang (9-10)         Kid pitch with stealing of bases.  Plays in ARL.

Bronco (11-12)          Complete baseball with 70ft bases. Plays in ARL.

Freeport                    Pony (13-14)              Plays in ARL League.   15 teams in 
PONY Baseball                                             league with two divisions. Plays at least 20 games and could 
                                                                    play up to 26 games with the playoffs!!

Freeport Colt                        Colt (15-16)               Plays in ARL League 11 teams in
                                                                              league with two divisions. Plays at least 
                                                                              20 games and could play up to 26 with playoffs!!!

Freeport Palomino   (17-19)                                   Plays in Quad County North 
                                                                               League!!  Currently 12 teams in that division.
